Anyone who has ever been diving in Sudan, has never returned disappointed. Sudan’s unique atmosphere is a ground for dreams and underwater adventures, a real diving rarity where ancient legends come to life.

·         Sudan is famous for Shaab Rumi, the home of Cousteau’s underwater habitat experiment.

·         Sudan is famous for the wreck of the Umbria, a large World War II wreck that lies in shallow waters for an easy dive.

·         Sudan is famous for sharks – Oceanic White Tip, Grey reef, Hammerheads, Tigers and more.

·         Sudan is famous for large schools – Barracuda, Kingfish and more.

·         Sudan is famous for its uncrowded dive sites, pristine sea, amazing coral formations and underwater life.

Our Boats:

Cassiopeia

A 5 Star diving safari liveaboard, she was built using years of experience, focusing on comfort and safety. Spacious, tastefully decorated cabin with en-suite bedrooms, a large dining room, saloon and sun deck make the 1-week diving safari comfortable for everyone. The heart of the boat is the shisha room, reminiscent of the East where stories can be told every night. She has 1 x Honeymoon Suite, 4 x Queen Bed cabins and 8 x Twin Bed cabins all with air-conditioning on board, and features a large dive deck and dive platform area and a Nitrox Membrane system for up to 32% O2.

Andromeda

A 5 Star diving safari liveaboard at 40m in length, she was built based on a unique design, meeting divers’ and guests’ every need. Spacious, tastefully decorated cabin with en-suite bedrooms, a large dining room, saloon and sun deck make the 1-week diving safari comfortable for everyone. The heart of the boat is the shisha room, reminiscent of the East where stories can be told every night. She has 1 x Honeymoon Suite, 2 x Queen Bed cabins and 10 x Twin Bed cabins all with air-conditioning on board, and features a large dive deck and dive platform area and a Nitrox Membrane system for up to 32% O2.

Tour Dates – to take advantage of the best conditions above and below the Sudanese waters, the boats only operate here between February and early June, so please plan your diving holidays accordingly.

Access – currently it is easy to get to the boats, with direct flights to Port Sudan, through Cairo and Dubai
